Complaint Resolution Process
TVA provides regulatory oversight for your local power company’s rates and service practices.
If you have an issue or complaint that you have not been able to resolve with your local power company, TVA’s Complaint Resolution Process may be able to help.
There are 3 ways to begin the process:
Membership Application and Agreement for Service
Documents Required:
- Valid Photo ID (a picture state or Federal issued ID)
- Lease Agreement (Renters) or Deed (Homeowners)
- 911 Form - Go to 911 office and register your name to your address
- Completed Application Form
Report an Outage
If you are experiencing issues with your power or need to report an outage, contact us right away! Emergency power outages affect the quality of life in our community, so our team commits to work diligently to get your power back up and running as soon as possible.
Terminate or Transfer Service
If you are moving to or from our service area and need to terminate or transfer your service, we are happy to help. At this time, you may terminate or transfer service by phone call or by stopping by our office. Our customer service representatives are happy to assist you and make this process as easy as possible!
